I found this to be important, so every resident can feel comfortable and not alone, another key point I saw was how they have a large living room so everyone can sit together. I liked this because all the residents can get a chance to get to know each other, and every resident will never feel alone.
The last section of the page is important as it makes sure to talk about the good staff they have, I think this is important due to all the problems elderly are having care wise at the moment and having all the staff trained for the right section of care is important.
