AGENT REPRESENTATION

A writer will have an agent that will negotiate deals and provide the writer work and with an agency that wishes to employ the writer. An angent will try and make sure that the writer will get the best amount of money out of any job offer. This will benefit a writer as they will not have to go out and search for work as much as they would have to if they didnt have an agent. There for they can concentrate on their work and get a better outcome and in the long run earning more money. The writer  will pay the agent for finding them work, and the agent will get a cut of the deal that the agency negotiate. So the better the agent, the better the negioation the better the job, and the more money at the end for everyone.
